General Terms & Conditions
By attending our event, you agree to the following terms to ensure a safe and premium experience for everyone:
1. Ticket Transfers & Registration
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. All transfers must be processed through the organizers so we can update the official guest list and QR codes.
Valid Student ID required at the door for student tickets.
Child tickets valid only when accompanied by an adult.
2. Conduct & Event Safety
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful behavior. Security personnel will be on-site, and any individual causing a disturbance will be removed immediately without a refund and potentially barred from future events.
3. Supervision & Liability
Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times. The organizers are not liable for any loss of personal belongings or injuries sustained during the event. Guests attending water-side events enter at their own risk.
4. Food & Refreshments
Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Depending on the event, catering may be included or available for purchase on-site. Please refer to the event description or your ticket type for specific details.
