Professional dancer, choreographer, and founder of Bollywood in Riga, Ravi Solanki brings a lifetime of training in Indian classical and folk traditions. This session dives into Bhangra, a joyful, high-energy Punjabi folk dance full of vibrant rhythms.

14:45 – 15:45 | Bolly-Belly with Eva Štruc

Slovenian dancer Eva Štruc, who brings over 16 years of experience across Oriental, Tribal Fusion, and Indian dance, leads a dynamic fusion session. This workshop combines the playful, expressive energy of Bollywood with the intricate hip isolations and fluidity of belly dance. It is beginner-friendly with room for advanced styling.

16:00 – 17:00 | FCBD® Style Intro with Julia Makovchik

Certified FCBD® Style instructor Julia Makovchik brings her background in Oriental and Tribal Fusion dance to this introductory session. Participants will learn the core concepts, foundational movements, and group improvisation format that define FatChanceBellyDance® Style, focusing on connection through movement. Open to beginners and experienced dancers alike.

17:15 – 18:15 | Bollywood Rajasthani with Ravi Solanki

In his second workshop of the day, Ravi Solanki explores Rajasthani-inspired Bollywood choreography, filled with authentic movements set to the rich rhythms and melodies of his home state of Rajasthan.
